Terms & Conditions

All material is guaranteed for 10 years, and labor for 5 years, and the work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for the work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner (warranties are not transferrable). If Gutters and or Covers are purchased, the home-owner is responsible for removing debris from gutters and or covers to keep them working properly. Any alteration or deviation from the work specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written order, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Purchaser shall and does hereby agree to pay any and all bank fees, attorney fees, and court costs as a result of non-payment. Invoices not paid within 24 hours of completed installation will be charged to the credit card on file. A 15% cancellation fee applies to all signed agreements.
